Having Accumulated a Portfolio Of Exceptional Images

The location features the beautiful collaborative work of our photographic workforce in the Columbia Icefield. Jim Elzinga and Roger Vernon have been capturing awe-inspiring photographs of the crown jewel of the Rockies. Seeking the heart of our objective - to capture and exhibit images that may immersively interact and encourage folks with the fragile magnificence of the Columbia Icefield - we're utilizing the best digicam system on the earth, Phase One, particularly designed for the creation of extremely giant and detailed digital photos. This challenge was conceived to be a large-scale gallery exhibition. We would like to supply our audience with a visceral visual expertise and this crucial limits our selection of digicam systems. The result has been a growing portfolio of gorgeous large scale prints that draw the viewer into that unique world.

Having accumulated a portfolio of distinctive pictures, we began placing collectively our first guide, MELTDOWN.

We worked with legendary Kallen Printers of Calgary: founder Urs Kallen, with a long history of alpine climbing and a Swiss devotion to technical perfection, and his daughter Nadine, icefield who is carrying on the Kallen tradition. Their expertise and dedication to supreme quality guided us via selecting the correct premium papers, and we went via a number of iterations of check printings to get the product we wished. The binding and slipcase concerned a lot cautious handwork and the result's excellent.
